[ncl-talk] Plotting rectilinear data

Hello:

For users who need to plot rectilinear data, I have attached the data and
an ncl program to do so.

Based on the NCL support pages, I was able to quickly put together the
steps required to plot this data, including providing the data a long name,
units, and coordinates. I also set the limits of the map over which to plot
the data.

I also created the latitude and longitude arrays from their starting and
end points, and even reversed the latitudinal data since it was north to
south instead of south to north.

In other words, here's an easy template for doing everything you need to do
to plot such data.
