[ncl-talk] How do I color fill a map using transparent colors for part of the range?

line up if I did that (unless I did raster fill maybe)?

But, I think I will do that so I can get something.

The easiest NCL solution is that the transparency value would become an 
array. An ability to have no colors drawn at all (even background) for 
contouring outside of a specified range would also work.
