[ncl-talk] regCoef_n without y-axis intercept

Giorgio, NCL source code is not located within $NCARG_ROOT. You must
either download the full source code archive, or browse the NCL Github
repository. For links, please follow the Download link in the header bar
on the main NCL website. You will need to link through a second "Install"
page, and read down a ways.
