Hi,
This is hard to diagnose, and I don't really have useful advice for you.
I'm presuming you are on a linux machine. I tried a fresh install on my
linux box, with "conda create -n ncl_stable -c conda-forge ncl". That
library libgsl.*.so is definitely part of the installation, under
~/miniconda3/envs/ncl_stable/lib. The resultant ncl works just fine -- I
don't get unresolved library issues. Same with my Mac. Wish I had
something more useful to tell you...
