[ncl-talk] Fwd: Cloud fraction and Cloud Top Temperature

the fortran [F90] subroutine used to calculate cloud fraction is attached.

Please note that the NCL team did not write any of the wrf_*f90 routines.
Hence, ncl-tlk can not answer questions about the inner workings of this
routine.
