[ncl-talk] NCL in Cygwin

Hi
I am trying to install NCL in my windows 7 using Cygwin. I have followed all the steps https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/cygwin.shtml
But at the end I'm getting following error message
$ ncl
C:/NCL/bin/ncl: error while loading shared libraries: cyggomp-1.dll: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

How am I resolve this issue to run NCL
