[ncl-talk] turn off tmYR when use gsn_csm_pres_hgt_vector

Hi,
    It seems all tm/ti resourse like tmYROn/tiXAxisString do not work when use  function gsn_csm_pres_hgt_vector. Is there a solution, I'll appreciate it if anyone helps!
