[ncl-talk] Wind composites (tropical cyclone)

Dear guys,

Can you help me how to make the composite like in this figure (attached)
for a user-specified longitude and latitude? For a user-specified
longitude, I can easily use *lonPivot, *but I don't know for the latitude.
I would be grateful if you can send me an example of that.
