[ncl-talk] Polar map within interest latlon

Hi all,

Is there any resources that help to draw a polar map within minmax latlon?

Here is my latlon information:
min lat = 25N
max lat = 90N
min lon = 0E to 0W
max lon = 180E to 180 W
