[ncl-talk] Duplicated titles

Hi Lara,
It looks like you are doing an overlay (or using wrf_overlays) to create
the figure. I'm wondering if the overlay plot is resulting in additional
(small) titles. I would recommend looking at the WRF titles page to see if
you can set some of the overlay plot titles off:
