[ncl-talk] issue with label bar of panel plot

[Geeta Geeta]

Hi allPls see the fig. in the 3rd figure I want to add my own label bar which is "convective startiform" It is coming independently in the fig 3 but unable to get in the panel plots. 
I also want this label bar to be vertical like the 2 above plots
pls suggest Geeta.
