[ncl-talk] Problem with a bar plot

Hello All,

I am trying to plot a simple bar plot. But I am constantly getting this
error:

(0)    filled_bars_interp: Fatal: There are no values less than or greater
than the chosen reference line.
(0)    Cannot draw a bar chart.

I am reading the data from a text file and there is no missing value. I am
attaching the  NCL code and the data files. I think the problem is with the
7th plot of the panel.

Thank you for any help to fix this bug.
