[ncl-talk] 0.0 not currently supported as a missing value

Hi Kunal,
You can simply reassign the _FillValue:
totc at _FillValue = 1.e20
totc at missing_value = totc at _FillValue
Note that NCL ignores the missing_value attribute, and only pays attention
to _FillValue.
