[ncl-talk] time axis bounds for simple line plot

Hi,
I'm using gsn_csm_xy to make a simple timeseries plot. I've attached a test
script, file and the output. I don't understand why the blank space is
included to the left of the time series starting date. I've tried adding a
time_bounds attribute and fiddling with the time_axis_labels but neither
fixes the issue. How can I make the plot so that time axis starts at the
actual starting date?
Thanks,
Denise.
