[ncl-talk] Function codes

Hi Mateus,

I wrote a small test program (see attached) and it appears you are right!
I tried various things and nothing seems to change it. Not only that, the U
code seems to change an upper case code to lower in one situation.  Very
strange.

I've filed a ticket (NCL-2639) and hopefully it will be a trivial fix for
NCL V6.5.0.
