[ncl-talk] OpenDAP in 6.4.0

Hi Carl,

I'm looking into this.  We've had some hiccups with trying to build OPeNDAP
support lately, and I think it's due to the new versions of curl that are
getting more finicky to build. I'll let you know if I can fix this.

If you need 6.4.0 now, you might be able to back off and use the older
CentOS version, which I think is the 6.8 one.
