[ncl-talk] OpenDAP in 6.4.0

I am using NCL from this
build: ncl_ncarg-6.4.0-CentOS7.3_64bit_gnu485.tar.gz

But I cannot access openDap files. I tried running the test script from
https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/opendap.shtml
and it failed. But if I roll back to 6.3.0, either
ncl_ncarg-6.3.0.Linux_RHEL6.4_x86_64_gcc447.tar.gz
or ncl_ncarg-6.3.0.Linux_CentOS7.0_x86_64_gcc482.tar.gz, then it works.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
