[ncl-talk] OpenDAP in 6.4.0

Hi Carl,

Can you try this binary and let me know if it works.

/pub/scd/haley/ncl_ncarg-6.4.0-CentOS7.3_64bit_gnu485.tar.gz

​NCL wasn't built correctly for OPeNDAP on this system, but I ran my test
using this newly compiled version and it worked.

If it works, I will replace the bad binary on the ESG.
