[ncl-talk] plotting NAM output winds

NCL routinely is able to plot wind vectors on a 2 degree NAM grid. If
your code did not work, then we need to know more about the
circumstances to help you. Were there error messages? Was a plot of
some sort created? Can you give a pointer to the data? Give us more
detail and we can probably help.
