[ncl-talk] how to set the linewidth for windbarbs

Hi Ed,

I don't know for sure, but my reading of the WMAP docs indicates the
correct parameter might be "WBS".  And a value of 2.5 would be way too big.
(.025 perhaps?).  In any case, you might want to check out Ch. 9 of:
