[ncl-talk] problem with mp (MAP) resouces.

 Hi. 
I have used the following mp resources and got a plot where the country boundaries and not matching. (Figure Attatched). One in Black and other in blue Color is visible over Africa and SE ASia.

Kindly suggest what's wrong???.
