The Department of Earth & Atmospheric Sciences at the University of Houston has an opening for a Post-Doctoral Fellow in atmospheric chemistry modeling.  The successful candidate will join the Atmospheric Chemistry Modeling Group of Dr. Yuxuan Wang (www.yxwanggroup.net<https://urldefense.com/v3/__http://www.yxwanggroup.net/__;!!LkSTlj0I!DZxjfPChpzF1npSUyx7i6CpdtWI0Z90J3pH3qqCKSx2tV7Ezw0zUUYCEkwRRgU3EzykBaHyOrDaRn9j2owsScZNrmBs0fdc$>) and have the opportunity to work on research projects that cover urban air pollution, satellite and field campaign data analysis, and climate-chemistry interactions.  Applicants should have a Ph.D. in atmospheric chemistry or related fields and substantial experience in 3-D modeling including but not limited to GEOS-Chem, WRF-GC, CAMx, or WRF-Chem. Strong coding experience in analysis of model outputs and satellite observations is highly desirable.
