Job duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

•       Engage with climate vulnerable people and communities to build trust, co-create solutions and define meaningful, tangible and direct benefits to residents

•       Help develop long range and short-term planning initiatives for adaptation and resiliency as part of a larger update to Denver’s climate action plan

•       Act as a technical expert by analyzing policies related to community resilience

•       Brief management on concerns and issues by providing information required for decision making.

•       Positively represent CASR in our community, at public meetings, conferences, and other events as needed.

•       Administers the financial operations of a program.

•       Develop culturally appropriate outreach and education.

Position Salary Range
$78,718 - $129,885

Hiring Range
$100,000-$115,000
