Main Honors and Awards of Supervised Postgraduate Students: Excellent Young Scientists Fund, Shanghai “Science and Technology Innovation Action plan”, Chinese Academy of Sciences Presidential Scholarship (Special and Excellence Prize), Zhu-Li-Yuehua Outstanding Doctoral Scholarship of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Excellent Doctorial Dissertations of Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc.

Requirements:

Postdoctoral Fellows: No more than 35 years old and has published at least one SCI journal paper during the past five years. 
Postgraduates (Masters & Doctors): Should have decent knowledge and academic ability in fields such as Atmospheric Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, Environment and Marine Science. 
Distinguished Research Fellows & Associate Research Fellows: no more than 38 years old; has at least 3 (for Distinguished Research Fellow researcher) or 2 (for Associate Research Fellow) published academic paper, the number can be relatively less if the publications are exceptionally outstanding.  Has conducted at least one project at or above provincial or ministerial level as Principal Investigator (candidates from overseas can be exempted from this requirement). Candidate should be an excellent doctoral or postdoctoral graduate, or has worked as a lecturer or assistant professor in renowned universities or research institutes in China and overseas.

Future Development: can apply for the associate professor or professor position in in accordance with the relevant university policies
