<span style="line-height:1.5;"><span style="line-height:1.5;"><strong>Postgraduates (Masters & Doctors)</strong>: Should have decent knowledge and academic ability in fields such as Atmospheric Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, Environment and Marine Science. </span></span>

<span style="line-height:1.5;"><span style="line-height:1.5;"><strong>Distinguished Research Fellows & Associate Research Fellows</strong>: no more than 38 years old; has at least 3 (for Distinguished Research Fellow researcher) or 2 (for Associate Research Fellow) published academic paper, the number can be relatively less if the publications are exceptionally outstanding. Has conducted at least one project at or above provincial or ministerial level as Principal Investigator (candidates from overseas can be exempted from this requirement). Candidate should be an excellent doctoral or postdoctoral graduate, or has worked as a lecturer or assistant professor in renowned universities or research institutes in China and overseas.</span></span>
