The College of Engineering at UW-Madison is recruiting candidates for our
newly created Associate Dean for Inclusion, Equity and Diversity. We aim to
become a national model for fostering inclusion, equity and diversity in
engineering and to inspire change in engineering colleges, and beyond,
across the nation. We're looking for an innovative, inspiring and empathetic
leader who can develop strategy, implement plans, assess outcomes, and
continuously improve as our engineering community strives to create a
welcoming, inclusive environment in which all members can learn, innovate,
