[ncl-talk] ncl regrid a variable with time, lev, lat, lon dimensions

Hi Adriana:

The first thing you should do is printVarSummary(Variable_Name).

You need to find out which index in the variable you want to hold constant
while you regrid the others.

Then, you can refer to the variable as, for example,
variable_name(IT,:,:,:) if the variable you want to hold constant is the
first index.
