[ncl-talk] Installation error - Resource directory does not exist

Hi Rick,

Thanks for taking the time to help!

I switched NCARG_NCRAG over to usr/lib64/ncarg but I get the same error.

I downloaded the tar.gz from the link on the Download page (
https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/) which eventually led me to (
https://www.earthsystemgrid.org/browse/viewCollectionFilesInitial.html?datasetId=916b6965-32c1-11e4-a0ca-00c0f03d5b7c
).

Should I not have un-tarred right in /usr?  I'm pretty sure that's what
NCARG_ROOT was in V6.0.0, though that wasn't set up by me.
