[Wrf-users] guidance and advice on using observation nudge in WRF

Hi All,

I am a beginner on using observation nudge in WRF.  Any guidance and
advice on using observation nudge, such as how to adjust obs_rinxy,
obs_rinsig, obs_twindo, obs_coef_wind, obs_coef_temp, obs_coef_mois and
what we need to pay attention, are appreciated.
