[Tgcmgroup] divisional file systems unavailable Oct 23

The following notice from the Daily Bulletin will affect tgcm work
on CISL computers, since $TGCMDATA is on the /hao disk. This means 
$TGCMDATA will be unavailable from *all* SCD systems during this time:

Divisional Filesystems Unavailable: Tuesday, October 23, 2007

Monday 10/15/07

The NCAR divisional filesystems on the CISL supercomputers will be unavailable
on Tuesday, October 23 from 0600 to 1300 MT. Work will be performed on the 
bluevista node which hosts these filesystems.

This should not affect $TGCMROOT (which is on /fis). It will 
not affect any work done on hao systems.
