Tgcmgroup:

I have copied Stacy's waccm code to the SCD internal file server,
and written a short instruction sheet to TISO about how to run
the model.

The instructions are on the hao ftp site in:

http://download.hao.ucar.edu/pub/waccm/

The file is called wa16.README.  The root directory with the source
code on the file server is /fis/hao/tgcm/wa16_ions_1.1. This directory 
is accessible from any (at least most) SCD machines, and will become
your "camroot" directory in the build and run scripts.

Since I set this up, Stacy and others have released a new waccm CVS
tag. Stacy says there is not a lot of difference between what
I originally copied and this new tag, but I will checkout the
latest tag next week anyway, and put it in another subdir under 
/fis/hao/tgcm. Switching source directories should be just a 
matter of changing camroot in the scripts.
