Boykoff & Boykoff define objectivity as what the IPCC SPM says, then claim to show that the top newspapers "err" by reporting the opinions of climate change sceptics. Since the sceptics' arguments are well founded scientifically, and the SPM is seriously biased, the papers are correct and B&B are simply wrong. This is comforting.

Regarding the amusing lawsuit, EPA says that carbon dioxide is not a pollutant under the Clean Air Act. Given that atmospheric CO2 is the earth's food supply they have a strong case. This is why the States are not suing under CAA.
