[Nsa] ASP Graduate Visitor Program - FY22

Dear NCAR Scientific Staff,

We have made a slight change to the GVP program for FY22:  A very limited
number of local participants (students who live within 50 miles of Boulder)
may be accepted to the program and will receive a $500/month stipend.

In the past, local students were excluded.
