[Nsa] Workforce Management Planning Meetings

Dear Colleagues,

As you have heard, Human Resources is seeking input from Science staff on
"future workforce management planning". In English, this means discussing
how job classes are defined, and the policies and procedures for those
classes to try to best serve the current and future needs of staff and
NCAR/UCAR going forward.

So this matters, and affects you. If you have thoughts or concerns (and I
know you do), I would urge you to attend one of the sessions. Thanks to
those that have already attended.
