[ncl-talk] State boundaries not showing up

Hi,

I am plotting a shapefile on top of a map. I first plot the map and then
add the shapefile by using the add polygon feature. I followed the example
on this page: https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/Scripts/shapefiles_1.ncl

For some reason, the states are not showing up. I'm attached the plot and
my code. Any particular reason why?
