[ncl-talk] adding theoretical lower bound to a scatter plot

I executed my script and used scatter_4.ncl to plot a theoretical lower 
bound, however this does not show as i intend.

I have attached my plot here (scatter.pdf) , as well as the plot which i 
want to achieve (index.png).

Can some one advice me further?
