<p>I executed my script and used scatter_4.ncl to plot a theoretical
lower bound, however this does not show as i intend.</p>
<p>I have attached my plot here (scatter.pdf) , as well as the plot
which i want to achieve (index.png).</p>
<p>Can some one advice me further?</p>
