[ncl-talk] The wsmaximumsize parameter cannot take effect

You tried to set wsMaximumSize = 300000000000 = 300 Gbytes.  I think that
number might be too large for your computer.  Try smaller settings such as
200M, 500M, 1G, etc.

.hluresfile should be in your home directory (~).
