Dear NCL experts,
*Problem:*
I am plotting a cross section along two lat-lon points using the transect
example in NCL. My input file has no topography nor hgt variable. I want to
mask the topography since the transect crosses an Island.
Any suggestions on how I can do this in NCL?
*Here's my input file:*

*What I have so far:*
Attached are the script and output images.
I'll appreciate any help on this matter.
Sincerely,
Lyndz
