[ncl-talk] Lost Border

Hello:

I have a map that appears to not have a border.

I have overlaid three different plots to create the blue and grey
backgrounds, upon which soil moisture is plotted.

I have attached the code.  The sres resources are used to produce the color
bar at the bottom, so it is the background map.

Perhaps there is a command that turns the perimeter (black line) on and off?

I haven't found anything on line.
