[ncl-talk] accounting for time in hours and minutes of MCD19A2 dataset

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to pin point the time a satellite pass was done at a certain location in the data? This would be most helpful in order to more exactly compare against an AERONET observation at that given time. I know we can account for YYYY and DDD.
