[ncl-talk] Unable to make Color vectors by a scalar field.

Hi,

I'm not totally certain here, but it looks like you would want to set
resv at vcMonoLineArrowColor = False

rather than True. For more explanation, take a look at the documentation
for vcLevelColors at:
