The file you are referencing is 12 years old, and I cannot locate it.
However, a newer version of the same file is located here:
ftp://ftp.cgd.ucar.edu/archive/SSTICE/MODEL.SST.HAD187001-198110.OI198111-202006.nc.gz
You can eliminate the last 12 years and 3 months from the above file to
approximate the file you referenced.
