[ncl-talk] Verification of Code

Hi NCL-TALK,

I am new to NCL and I seek your assistance to verify the 10 m elevation
annual average wind speed and annual average wind power density code for
one year (wrfout file contains hourly data for one year - 2017).

Appreciate if you can advise whether the attached codes are correct for the
mentioned purposes to plot average wind speed and average power density for
a year.
