[ncl-talk] POWER SPECTRUM (space-frequency domain)

Hello,
I have come across one of the threads in this forum regarding calculating
and plotting the headed analysis, back in 2010. I have tried to read and
understand the posted snipped code and apply it to my needs. Actually, I
have been trying to perform longitude-frequency psd over the tropical
Indian Ocean SST during October-December season, but in my plots the
frequency domain and associated power/variance  is only fixed from
around 0.1 to 0.5 (can't spread to other frequencies).
Kindly, I am writing for any guidance/directive.

Attached are my scripts (adopted from the forum) and the resulting plot.
