[ncl-talk] plotting of swath and flash scale

Hi all.
I have to plot the swath and flash scale as in the gif image.
In the corresponding nc file, I have only the lat/lon of the flash points. I request to kindly guide me reg the plot of swath and the flash scale as shown in the figure. Flash in this form is not a direct variable in nc file.
