[ncl-talk] Draw x-axis tickmarks at the edges (instead of midpoint) of bars

Hi

I want to create a bar chart which has a total of 60 vertical bars. I want
only 5 tickmarks on the x-axis: at the end of every 12th bar.

So I need a tickmark at the end of 12th, 24th, 36th, 48th and 60th bar. I
don't want these tickmarks to be drawn at the midpoint of these bars but at
their right edges.
