[ncl-talk] Upscaling and regridding WRF & satellite

*area_hi2lores* is for rectilinear grids.  WRF and, I speculate, the
satelite data are on curvilinear grids.
Also,  *area_hi2lores* has been superceded by the ESMF regridding library.

There are several examples using WRF data.
You will have to change assorted options.
