[ncl-talk] Amplitude and Phase of the seasonal cycle

Hello everyone,

I am learning, and trying to compute and plot the phase and amplitude of 
the seasonal cycle, e.g. for Sea surface height over a period.

Can someone please let me know if the script fanal_4.ncl using Fourier ( 
transformation) analysis is the correct way to do this?
