[ncl-talk] Bug (?) in filled contours since version NCL 6.5.

Hi Rick, (dear NCL-users,)

your suggested modification of the viewport settings seem 
to be an appropiate bug fix.
After one week of routiniously created GFS plots, we 
couldn't find any incorrectly filled contours in our 
plots.
